Where to get models?

Hey,

I'm a big fan of this board, so finally I actually posted. My question is that a friend and myself are going to start our own "bangbus" type of site. I know there are tons of them but we just want to do something for the summer. We have the money for camera's and pay the models, but we dont know how to get the models. Where do they get the models? Is there a site where you can post that you are looking for models for this sort of thing? Any help would get grateful.
