Where did the signatures go?

I wonder why are the signatures gone (you know, the ones that appear on the bottom of members posts). I checked the settings in my profile and it says "Yes" for "Show user's signatures in their posts?" option.

And one more thing (don't want to start new thread), anyone willing to resize a pics for me so it is 80x80 (for my avatar), if so please PM me your e-mail address.
