Whats the phrase people use when trying to search for videos of people randomly running up to girls pulling down there shirts or lifting there skirts?

I've seen that in a clip before - some Japanese guy runs up and does that - made me feel bad for the unsuspecting women.
I don't know if there is a term for that.
