That list doesn’t make logical sense in so many ways. A lot of the softer stuff is lower than the harder stuff. I would guess in a lot of instances it's assumed that if your willing to do a lot of harder stuff they don't bother to list a lot of milder things with it. For instance I'm sure the amount of people willing to do blowjobs is probably a lot higher and closer to the amount of people willing to do boy/girl.
Secondly I'm sure not every talent agency has what the women are willing to do listed in the exact same way as each other, which probably contributes some to the first point I made. That is not to even mention all the times they are out of date, just plain inaccurate about the model, or have people that are no longer working for them listed on their site, or other similar things.
Thirdly, a lot of models are actually willing to do more than what is listed, especially if the price is right. Sometimes it's not listed because they usually don't want to be bothered with it most of the time, think they can get a premium if somebody bargains with them, or it allows them to pick and choose when they do it and with who. If they listed it and constantly turned it down then people would be complaining about it. So in some ways it can give some people a little more control.
I did find "acting" being so low to be funny.
