Would it be possible for you to school us on some early Genesis, King Crimson, Yes, and maybe some other Proggy stuff? You are a knowledgeable guy and a real musician and I’d like to learn something about these bands. I’ve always wanted to get into Frank Zappa but haven’t been able to make a connection to his music.

Thanks man. You were one of the people I had in mind when I started the thread. It's been fun expanding my 1970s Classic Rock palette. I hope we all found some new stuff to listen to.

I've been checking out this guy's YouTube Channel. He does a lot of Top 10 lists of songs and albums for bands but tries to avoid the obvious hits and digs deeper into the albums.
