Best: The same thing every year from my parents - the new Manchester United calendar. My kitchen wall would look so bare without it. Worst: A roll of 20 bin (garbage) bags. They were actually wrapped up in Xmas paper as well. A present from a girlfriend at the time. When I asked why, she explained bin bags are always a useful thing to have.
The best Christmas gift that I ever received was back when I was a *** and it was a guitar. The worst Christmas gift would have to be UNDERWEAR AND SOCKS ...and from the SAME person EVERY YEAR for several years! LOL
The best Christmas present I ever got could very well have been one I received on Saturday from a friend - a 1995 X-***** figure of Domino, still sealed in box. He told me not to worry about what it cost him.
The worst was a pogo stick. In a moment of fleeting madness, my parents mistook me for an active *****.
Best: I had a great *** who always made sure I had the newest video game systems usually getting them for me at Christmas.
Worst: My aunt last year giving me what I thought was a $100 gift card for **** but after further inspection it was a $100 coupon toward a **** club membership. She knows darn well I'm a **** drinker too. I gave the **** club coupon to a wino with great delight knowing it was worthless.
I had an employer that used to give out ten dollar gift certificates to WalMart to it's employees as their Christmas bonus. In many ways it was more insulting than getting nothing.
Any gift is good as long as it shows some thought. I **** receiving gifts that show that the giver doesn't really know who I am or what I like. I'd rather receive cash.

I used to work at this gym and, not only did we not get any Christmas bonus, but the owner threatened our jobs on Christmas Eve. I was so pissed I started stealing merchandise and cash also selling memberships pocketing the money. I didn't get a card but I sure received the message.
Worst - Easy one. A freaking coffee mug from my live in girlfriend. After I opened it I looked at her and said, "Well, I can see you put an awful lot of thought into this gift". lol
Two weeks later I moved her out.
