for me, i was six years old. my ****** had "appetite for destruction" and when i heard it, i was like this is it. gnr blew my young mind. from there i learned about bands like ozzy, metallica, megadeth etc. fast forward to 1996 at the first ozzfest. i saw slayer for the first time. i didnt really listen to them much, but after that show my musical life had changed forever. the aura that slayer gives off is unrivaled. thats my story.
