Movies
Any Disney Animated Films
- good, fuck Disney
Any Christmas Films Unless They Are Action Or Horror Genre - make an exception for It's a Wonderful Life and Scrooged
Wizard Of Oz - it's awesome and I say that as someone who hates musicals
E.T. - it's pretty good, not essential
Titanic - me neither
Top Gun - come on, it's Tom!
Avatar - me neither
Any Pirates Of The Caribbean Films - just watch the first one
Any Harry Potter Films - fuck JK Rowling
Any Lord Of The Rings Films - ehh, they're ok I guess
Any Hunger Games Films - Catching Fire is legitimately great - like, the rest of them are really shit and I don't know what happened there. Watch the first one so you know what's happening and then Catching Fire and leave the last two.

TV Shows
MASH -
the film's great but I never watched the series
Seinfeld - once you get past the first few episodes, it's genuinely as awesome as you've heard
Friends - there are some funny episodes early on but it becomes bad very quickly and the characters are mostly cunts
Cheers - never saw that much of it but Frasier was great
The Cosby Show - seemed funny as a kid, no idea if it stands up now
^ responses above, Dino.

I've not seen almost any of the MCU films or the DC ones because I hate superhero and comic book films. TV-wise, there's loads of stuff I haven't watched yet because I didn't watch TV for a bunch of years. But I'll get round to them.

Mr. Daystar

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.
I've never seen the Exorcist, or any of the God Father movies.

So many.
All of the Walking Dead shows.
The Godfather movies.
Gavin and Stacey (UK sitcom that everyone insists you have to watch).
Game of Thrones. There may be naked chicks and Dragons, but it never appealed to me.
Any of the Friday the 13th movies.
The Saw movies.
Just about all modern horror/slasher movies.
Twilight, all parts.
The BBC's latest woke destruction of a classic. War of the Worlds.

I could probably spend all day going through the shows and movies that everyone's supposed to watch. But I do have other things to let the world know my opinion on. :)

Wait, what?
It was bad. They decided to place the story in the correct time period, admittedly better than either Hollywood version and I did actually look forward to that bit. Give the journalist a name (geeks around the world cried) and as part of their "updating" the story for modern audiences, they added a strong female character.

It was so bad, that someone called them out on it being a woke disaster live on national TV.

The bastards, how dare they!

I have no objection to strong female characters. I object to them being shoe horned into things and all of the press being about how we have added this strong female character to update things for a modern audience.
I'm a Trekkie, it's full of strong female characters.

Tbh that sounds like an objection to me, and a strong one at that.

You're right. It is an objection.
An objection to the needless creation of the character. Not the character or the actress who played it.

Game of Thrones.
The Saw movies.
Just about all modern horror/slasher movies - *if* they're gore-filled for the sake of gore. Enjoy a good horror / thriller (Don't Scream).
Twilight, all parts.

The Sopranos
Californication
Modern Family
Big Bang Theory
Archer
South Park
True Detective
Homeland
The Newsroom
Ray Donovan
True Blood
Silicon Valley
The Americans
The Handmaid's Tale
The Good Place

Girls Can't Wrestle
If a film gets Ghostbuster'd reaching out mainly to a demo that is not me chances are I will not be interested. I am a big fan of Sigourney Weaver's performance in Alien because she was believable which made me buy into her character. She's also 6 feet tall and had an iron jaw. If a woman wants to be an action star Ripley is a good one to model yourself after. Gender wasn't an issue. It didn't matter.

Never seen any of the above. Saw a few minutes of South Park many years ago that younger relatives were watching.

You have to watch those ones. Especially Captain America. They are in the realm of being so bad, they're almost funny to watch.
