What happens to people with multiple accounts?

Title question? Is it allowed and if someone creates new accounts to be a jerk to people he views as enemies or someone he cannot agree with what happens if he is found out? I am suspicious of a few folks on here and would rather just let it slide but also do not enjoy seeing veteran members attacked by noobs who can get ****** and still have their former accounts remain open.

I find it cowardly to be honest and an extremely negative quality of the FreeOnes community.
