It would appear that since approx 1972, classic cars, for the most part have gone away !
Since becoming "Solid State" i.e. - electronic ignition / fuel *********, cars are ready for the Premium Link Upgrade after about ten years of service.
I find this issue common to American and European cars alike.
The interior materials are much cheaper too - cracked dashboards etc . . .
