WHat does it means "Return Link to Freeones:* .." when i submit a link

Hi to all
tried to submit a link (a photo gallery) in the "link" section of a babe, but i found this:
"Return Link to Freeones:* .." when i submit a link whit something wrote in red that warn me to fill for avoid "no listing" my link.
I can understand the usage of that, what i'm supposed to write in that box? Please take a look at the attachment for an example.

See what it says in the red text, the first line in the instructions? That's the return link format. This step verifies you've actually done such by adding the html in your page for the most part which is something for webmasters to do when submitting their own galleries. Legends say it once did something else, but I consider it a reminder for new links.

Hi, thanks for the answer but a didn't understood nothing of it.. Escuse me but can you explain me in other word, even eith a concrete example? The return-link box required me a "http:// etc..", but "Http.." what? The text in red i coulnd't managed to understand.. It indicates "Free porn".. but i don't know how to procede

Then I'm assuming you're not a webmaster

What link are you trying to add and where? Webmasters put a return link on the page they want us to host for them. If you're just trying to submit a normal link with a girl with only a handful of links, you can basically ignore that step.

Did you already submit it and it was denied?
