What do we all think about the ''woohoo'' tax?

As we all know, Congress, in an attempt to deal with the trillion-dollar deficit, is introducing a ''woohoo'' tax, and anyone who says or types ''woohoo'' online will be subject to a fixed $10 charge.

The tax, which comes into ***** at noon on Christmas Eve, is expected to balance the Budget by the year 2020.

Are there any serial users of the word here and, if so, how do they feel this will change their lives?
