The story starts like this; I am having the same bad *****, I need help. I want to enter the Porn acting/writing, maybe Directing, and Producing when I know how. I also, am finding out about how people group together in thier favorite, or chosen Producers, writers, Directors, etc... and I want to work, but I made a team and have lost a few, I liked 
I want them back because it's good business, but I am finding myself finding replacements, and that changes the whole business Plan! I want more from my hard work, but depend mostly on me
