Guys, I'm aware that this is a rather difficult situation to solve it, considering hundreds of movies made with this theme. What I'm looking for is a movie from the 90s (I believe...), and from this movie I remember a scene in which a male "therapist" receives a very beautiful woman with large breasts in his office for therapy and he invites her to sit on the armchair (or sofa). I remember Paul Thomas did many scenes as a therapist. Probably about eight or nine. Most of them were in the late 1970s to mid 1980s.
