The clip looks like a Pr1vate production, but I have not been able to find it so I could be wrong there. I would really like to see more of her.

I have found a bit more, the clip may come from "Latex - Wet Latex Dreams No. 3" from New Climax Production circa 2004.
She is the blonde on back cover top middle.

Any ideas who she is?

I worked it out from Vivian Shmitt, her name is Rebecca Shy and has done a few films and does not have a thread.
