I checked the eurobabeindex but didn't see anyone who looked like her (though I may have overlooked one, dunno). She does look eastern European.

I'm almost positive her name is Carla Brown.I remembered her from an old playboy special edition I have. I can't tell for sure but I'm 90%. I tried to find some link but they are none existent. Hope someone else can find something. On the site the pic is taken from it says she isn't doing nude modeling anymore.
