Fresh vegan fried in a little butter and garlic with a nice salad on the side is quite a satisfying meal.
But on this occasion I'm going to have to go for the vegetarian. The meat's less stringy then you would get on your average vegan, more marbling within the actual meat itself. Just a nicer tasting cut all around. Whether it's roasting, frying or barbecuing a good thick slice of vegetarian is just plain gewd!
I mean yeah it's not perfect, but we can't all eat clubbed baby seals every day now can we? Well, I suppose we can, but that'd be slight overkill, you never want to get tired of that flavour. So once in a while throw a fresh piece of vegetarian or vegan in the oven and you'll be good to go.

But catching them is tricky so here's a tip; I find a good solid brick to the back of the head is the most humane way of dealing with them in their natural habitat. Always have a brick handy, you never know when you're gonna cross paths with one.
