unable to save

i need help with my computer. I can't save movies onto the comuter, but i used to be able to. What do i do?

You need to tell us the difference between what you used to do, and what you're doing now. It'll be easier to help you

All i used to do was right-click, save target as, and then the download screen would pop up with the option to save. It's now missing that option

Are you still using the same browser? Is it the same for everything that you try to download?
If your answer to these two questions is "yes", then try reinstalling or updating your browser.

strange because wether it is mozilla, firefox or ie you should be able to right click and save target as. Unless your windows has problems.

Are you using Internet explorer?
If so, go to add/remove programs and start to uninstall Internet Explorer.
You should get an option to 'repair', try that, it usually works for me.
