Well, one thing for sure, that Sylvia/Vera fight has a lot more weight to it! But yeah, I do hope it's not given at that fight. Gonzaga is a name that has to be in the hat too. Maybe some light heavy might make the jump up too? And now with Pride guys, yeah, it's just going to be up for grabs.

This sucks though.

No idea with Cro Cop. I was talking to a friend, and he was saying that he heard they were going to hold a tournament for the title. But I guess we'll have to see. This might be a good time for Teila Tuli to make come back? :1orglaugh

Cro Cop has been a bust so far. Apparently he wasnt returning calls from the UFC for a while. His story is that he needed surgery on his nasal cavity because he couldnt breath during his fights or something. He's built a full sized octogon at his house (rather than the half sized one he had before), so hopefully he'll be taking things more seriously now. It cant get much worse...or can it?

out of the picture for now... these two matches are already made. nog v. kongo is happening in january.

couture beat sylvia via unanimous decision (sylvia later needed back surgery for an ailment he had prior and leading up to the fight)
couture TKO'd Gonzaga.

imo sylvia and well all 4 of the guys mentioned in the mini "tourney" are more deserving than gonzaga.

if gonzaga can win his next fight handily, then hes back in the picture

^^ Well yeah, those matches are already made, but Couture resigned like 2 days ago, and that has to throw a wrench in the gears. But maybe not.
I haven't seen much of that Nog dude, and Kongo, I don't know about that guy, especially after the Cro Cop fight. I just really like that Gonzaga, he impresses me, but whatever I guess. I'd like to see Gonzaga rip through Kongo. I guess Gonzaga needs to get his nose fixed though.
