Trying to purchase elusive sporting apparel

Was on a trip to Korea and Japan a few months ago and I was wondering if any fellow FO forumites would know where i could buy some shirts. I am trying to chase down a Japanese rugby Union jersey and a North Korean football team shirt. both XL (US size) if you're curious but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ive been trying to search on the Japanese rugby union sites or similar but no luck what so ever.
