I hope this is the right place for this, and I realize it's a stretch - especially when you consider how much info I actually have.
The scene I remember has two skinny lesbians having sex in a public spa. Afterwards, they are sitting on a bench cuddling when a guy comes in wearing a towel. He doesn't look at them, he is using proper "eyes-forward" public spa etiquette. He sits next to them. Once he finally glances over and sees that it's two girls, he acts embarrassed and surprised, like he's 'intruding'.
Of course the girls put him at ease - I'm pretty sure the dialogue includes one of the girls saying, "We wanna give you a massage!" - threesome ensues, with body cumshot.
I do realize that I probably just described at least 100 different movies, but considering the era, there could be some chance some other old geezer like me remembers this too.
