She is cute. But what do you mean by, "she can't seem to post"? Has she submitted pictures or a book to anyone? Is she with an agency? Ah, OK. So it's more for fun than profit? You should ask one of the OCSM's on here about what it takes to start a website. They'd have the most experience with that. Unless she just wants to link to hosted pics of herself every now and again, that's pretty much the direction she'd need to go to post lots of pics here anyway.
If it's purely for fun, you two should check out Newbie Nudes or one of the other amateur sites too.
