A simple explanation could be that the girls didn't know what was going to happend because it was their first party, and when they saw it, they were much bolder at the second party.
Also the parties are happening in some rented house so to minimize costs they could shoot the parties back to back and simply the girls were drunkier so they participated more.
But this is just an speculation from my side. I didn't see the second party yet because it is not fully released but I will ask in telegram group for it.

If your imagine in their mind why the hell they want from me STD tests for party where I don't intend to have sex? The STD tests are expensive and the earning for the party will maybe cover the cost. Maybe the answer is ok the producer is paying for it. So the producers is paying for STD test for some quick few second BJ. (That is the most expensive BJ to seconds if you ask me)
Also not all girls will participate how they can enforce that if they pay for STD test they get the action back for that? How they can spot the difference between tested and non tested girls?

Back in around 2008 or so I read that they were advertising all over Prague in night clubs etc. I doubt they find many girls this way nowadays. What could have been an epic party falls flat in the end as the guys stick with those they have already conquered and effectively ignore the conga line of dick suckers from just an hour earlier. So I guess its a classic with multicam folowed by PHGC27 then something new again? I'd love to see the multicam of PH Vol 3.
