Wondering if anyone can help. I purchased 2 galleries yesterday, and when I click on the link that allows me to download the entire set, as a zip folder, it redirects me to this page...

I have clicked on 1 or 2 individual pictures, and they open fine. The other galleries I have purchased download as zip sets fine also, these 2 are the first to not work for me. Any ideas, besides saving all 500 pictures 1 at a time?
