Plastic surgery to one's face very rarely, like almost never, make somebody look better. It just makes people look goofy. Maybe it's a real life cases of the Uncanny Valley Effect.
It's easy to tall something is fake and off about them.
Not that I think it's my right to tall anybody what to do with their bodies as long as they are mentally healthy, but it might be worse in porn. I've seen some of the most attractive people in it get cosmetic work done to their face and have ended up never looking the same or as good again. I'll never understand it or what compels them to do it. 🤷♂️
