Total Recall 1990 vs 2012 - Actresses

Yesterday I watched the DVD from Total Recall the original 1990 film and for me the 2012 version is pathetic compared with the original.
But this thread is about the actresses in both films.
In 1990 they were Sharon Stone and Rachel Ticotin, both were 32 years old when the film was made.
In 2012 we have Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel, 39 and 30 years old respectively.
So which pair do you prefer?

i'm not agree with you, the 2 movies are damn good, the first was funny with the scene with the eyes and the special effects of the 2012 version are just awesome

I have no interest in the 2012 version, as I've never loved anything that Len Wiseman has ever directed. I wish he'd go be a production designer already -- as he definitely has talent there -- and leave the directing to someone who knows how to pull the other aspects of a film together, most notably the writing process. However, Beckinsale and Biel are so damn hot that I had to vote for them. "Now... get your ass to mars."
