Gremlins, Titanic was very historically incorrect and it was of DiCaprio's "whiny-baby" roles and it was boring as fuck making it a terrible movie but it's a great movie to fall asleep to. If I watch a DiCaprio it has to be one of his bad ass roles like in Blood Diamond, The Departed, Shutter Island or Inception

Gremlins is the better film and makes a more profound impact. In Gremlins, Phoebe Cates tells the riveting and absolute tragic story about how her dad dressed up as santa and broke his neck going down the chimney which forever ruined christmas for her.

Titanic is just about an iceberg and a bunch of people going down in a boat.

A better storyline would be if the Gremlins were shipped from the UK to America aboard the Titanic and were somehow "accidentally" let loose causing havoc and mayhem. Plausible ending with the sinking of the ship and the Gremlins wouldn't survive in the freezing North Atlantic waters. Unless some Gremlins somehow do survive on life boats... which will lead to subsequent sequels.
