Tiger Woods 'Cigar Guy' becomes internet phenomenon after appearing in incredible Ryder Cup picture taken by Mail's own photographer
A golf fan who appeared in a remarkable photo taken by a Mail photographer has become an internet sensation nicknamed Cigar Guy after appearing on MailOnline.
The man is pictured flamboyantly wearing a ginger-coloured wig, fake moustache and chomping on a large Havana, in tribute to iconic Spanish golfer Miguel Angel Jimenez.
The incredible photo, which was taken by Mail On Sunday photographer Mark Pain, showed the ball heading at high speed straight towards the camera after world golf number one Tiger Woods misjudged a fairway shot at the Ryder Cup on Saturday.

Mail photographer Mark Pain took this incredible photo of Tiger Woods misfiring a golf ball at the Ryder Cup in Wales at the weekend. The picture has quickly become famous for a different reason... say hello to 'cigar guy' on the right
Woods was partnering Steve Stricker and attempting to chip his third shot on the final hole during a four-ball match against Europe's Ian Poulter and Ross Fisher on to the green in Wales.
But Woods hit the ground behind the ball and duffed the shot straight at Pain.
The man from the Mail didn't flinch, however, and captured an extraordinary picture just before the ball hit his camera, bounced on to his chest and came to rest at his feet.
But rather than Woods himself being the focus of the photograph, the spectator has become the focus of hundred of viral emails posted on websites around the world.

Moments after taking his picture, Mail photographer Mark Pain (in blue bib) makes a sharp exit as a disillusioned Woods looks on and 'cigar guy' hovers just behind him. None could have realised just how Pain's photo would soon take the online world by storm
Among the mock images are of the cigar-chomping fan appearing on famous album covers, including The Beatles' Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, and at legendary sporting events such as footballer Diego Maradona's infamous Hand of God incident at the 1986 World Cup.
Online pranksters have even mocked a picture of Woods ogling Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins' shapely form last week by placing the head of the 'cigar guy', as he has become known, over the golfer's.
Moments after Pain took his already-legendary photograph, Woods was furious about his blunder - but neither he nor caddie Steve Williams had objected to Pain's position.
The Americans accepted that the ball had hit the intrepid photographer only because Woods' effort, from rain-soaked rough, had been so badly struck.
But it did enable Pain to pull off a much better shot than Woods had made - and nothing could stop Tiger and Stricker from completing a decisive victory over their European opponents.
