In the late eighties and early nineties, three strikes laws became popular in the US. These laws, for those who don't know, convert your third misdemeanor into a felony, with all the penalties of a felony. I've recently posted my opinion on the subject in anther forum,but I'd like to ask what others opinions are on the subject?
