He shot a man who was on a motorcycle before entering the IHOP and shooting the place up. Then he fired several rounds at various buildings in the area before capping himself. One good thing; there won't be millions of dollars ****** in prosecuting this turd.

Don't know if you can classify a *** as a defensive weapon, I would consider things like shields and helmets as defensive. ps How many of these many many nutters have originally bought these guns to protect their homes then gone on to use the same *** in ******* sprees because of a ****** argument, or because they were ***********, or because their partner left them, or because they lost their job etc. It only takes a second for a *** to change from an 'defensive' weapon to an 'offensive' weapon, in the mind of the holder anyway.
