I also did think it was cement, but what I think is going on here is that she's...sorry...it's role playing a cat box as the small additions of water will simulate the clumping, and additionally the Master type person doing it to it even forms clumps simulating cat poo. I could be wrong, but it seems more logical to me, if you can even be logical here, eh?:dunno:
