Woman Builds The Most Adorable Café For Her Neighborhood Dogs

This woman lives next to a park popular with dog walkers, so she put up a "Free Café" on her lawn with free water & treats for pets who walk by. I especially got a laugh out of the "Stick Library". I can imagine the kick she got out of seeing the dogs dragging their walkers to the café.
