Former football star Tiki Barber is taking more hits in his retirement than he ever received on the field.

Publicly derided for leaving his then-eight-months-pregnant wife Ginny for 23-year-old former NBC intern Traci Lynn Johnson, Barber now claims that he is broke and can't afford a divorce settlement.

According to Page Six, Barber insists his career is in the gutter since losing his $300,000 network contract with NBC.

I used to be a fan of Jay Leno. He has a better car collection than all the Arabian sheiks put together. What he did to Conan was total bullshit. So, this story belongs in this thread...

Leno has lower ratings than Conan did

When NBC fired Conan O’Brien, they said his numbers sucked and Letterman was beating him and they were losing money. So they replaced him with Jay Leno. The bad news is that Leno gets even lower numbers than Conan did. The badder news is that Leno's comeback numbers have dropped and now he doesn’t beat Letterman either. So if NBC’s plan was to piss away 200 million dollars on a complete clusterfuck, mission accomplished!

Mel Gibson has filed a restraining order against the mother of his illegitimate seven-month-old daughter, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

In a blockbuster development in his bitter break-up with Oksana Grigorieva, the 54-year-old actor lodged the paperwork under seal at the Los Angeles Superior Court in Downtown Los Angeles Thursday.

At the time, the split was described as amicable and the pair said they planned to co-parent.

However, Grigorieva hinted the break-up was complicated: "We have split up, suddenly and recently... Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon."

In April of last year, Gibson's wife Robyn filed for divorce after 30 years of marriage. Later that month, he and Grigorieva made their first public appearance together as a couple.

In addition to Lucia, Gibson has seven children -- six sons and a daughter -- while Grigorieva has a son, Alexander, with her former boyfriend, actor Timothy Dalton. [Wtf? I didn't know that! :shocked:]

Jesse James Breaks Down in Court, Reveals He Hit 'Rock Bottom'

Jesse James lost his composure while in court on July 15 during his ongoing custody trial against ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, PEOPLE reports. While on the stand, James choked up while talking about the childhood abuse he endured as a child. He also discussed his struggle with alcoholism.

Lindemulder's lawyer asked the Monster Garage host if he'd hit rock bottom earlier this year. "Yes. To some degree," James replied. "I am continuing treatment," he added, alluding to his stint in rehab.

James revealed on the stand that he "was a victim of childhood abuse and trauma" and that he "pretty much raised myself." James previously said his father abused him when he was younger and it led to his cheating behavior.

He began to choke up when he talked about the abuse further. He admitted he'd "been living in the shadow of that my whole life. I've always hated my sister, but as bad as I got beat, she got it even worse."

Later in his testimony, James said he became an alcoholic around the age of 14 or 15. "That was a big Band-Aid for the pain I was in," he told the court. "I drank until I was 30."

He also testified that during his month-long stay in rehab earlier this year, his 6-year-old daughter Sunny with Lindemulder stayed with Sandra Bullock in Austin, Texas. James and Bullock's divorce, following news of James' cheating, was finalized in June.

The trial is taking place to determine whether Sunny moving to Texas with James is in the child's best interest. James plans to move to Texas in the very near future.
