Ok I finally got tired of finding smoking hot new starlets that have been in the business and have been working for several months already before I finally discover her. For example I just found a couple of girls that I would have started following immediately.

I don't know how long it takes the average board member to find new starlets that all of the sudden there in love with, you know a girl you just found and she's your new favorite girl.. :D

That's what I am talking about, I find new smoking starlet(s) like every week, and for the life of me, as much as I hunt for the Newest Smoking Starlets I am disappointed that it takes me or took me 4 months to finally discover her UNACCEPTABLE!!! :rolleyes:

I wanna see when the NEW girl is signing her papers to work in the business!! :laugh: cuz when I see a New Smoking girl, I am seriously on her. :rolleyes: meaning I wanna see all of her information and all of her material like last week, basically I'm saying I wanna see all there is to know about her ASAP etc...

So I decided to start this thread so that we can all help each other in finding these Brand Spanking New Smoking Starlets when they 1st enter the business or when you discovered her, sort of speak. So With no further to do, I found a girl @ 4AM this morning that prompted me to start this thread cuz she's been working since February and that's when I want to know about her, when she's brand spanking new. :yesyes: and Finally her name is Chanel Preston ~~<:flame: :yummie:

Awww c'mon guys, nobodies found any new starlets recently? why hasn't anybody replied in my new thread, I know, silly me, I forgot to subscribe to my own thread. :rolleyes: that was my embarrassed attempt @ a joke. :o

Alright, I will have to call on and have faith in my friends here @ FO's to help me out and contribute to my new thread, which will hopefully benefit everybody once it gets rolling.

So who are the newest starlets of the last month or so?? hell, if she is a smoking hottie, post her name if she started in 09 till the present time. promote your favorite girls.

I don't know, and Maybe its wishful thinking, but I was hoping that there would be @least 1 new girl entering the business everyday that's worth mentioning. :dunno::D Well, thanx in advance to anybody that leads me to the promised land of new starlets like the jaw dropping Chanel Preston. :bowdown::hatsoff:

Look on the bright side. If you find somebody late at least there will be a lot of potential material you can get of her instead of the dreaded waiting by the computer while praying something new comes out. :D

Theres been plenty of times I've had to wait for a new favorite to do more new scenes / shoots for us to see.

I thought all the finest new girls have offers to do shoots every day for like a month when there brand new to the industry, cuz it seems like all the hottest girls show up in all the bigtime well established companies films in there 1st couple of months of being in the porn industry. I hate waiting and I hate being late, so which 1 sucks more? :D

money is tight for shooting budgets on many companies even the ones you might think are "big" :rolleyes:

i mostly film amateurs so i'm not feeling the crunch, but you're partially right most new girls do the LA circuit and get "shot out" after about a month. currently talent agencies aren't really hiring too many new faces as they cant get bookings for the ones they already got. i'm currently not hiring ANY agency girls unless they be indian
