The most underrated movies that you like

Conan the Barbarian (1982)

I can't imagine this movie opened to critical acclaim given it's genre and production value even for the standards of that day. But I've watched it several times and there's not a damn thing I can pick apart about it. There wasn't a single moment in the film where I thought "that was cheesy." And if ever there was a perfectly cast role it was Arnold for this one. And James Earl Jones adds some serious weight. This movie tells a no-nonsense tale that any musclebound swordslinger bent on vengeance can identify with and it does so without the Michael Bay/Call of Duty over-the-top ridiculous bullshit we're accustomed to these days. And the 2011 version wasn't fit for Crom to **** on.
