Well I could solve their problems the easy way. Pay the untalented people they pay vast wages too far less.

I mean when you look at their flagship drama/soap for one. Eastenders is the supposed to be the bees knees. It's currently so depressing the it makes people want to top themselves for just watching it. Every character in it seems to be or has been connected to a mob of gangsters at some time. Hello this is supposed to reflect real life. As that is the point of a soap.

Also just look at the failed talent they have to act in this. They are failed presenters, singers, comedians, impressionists and magicians, etc. All getting paid between 60,000 to 250,000 a year. Most of them act like they performed in their old profession too. Which as you can guess wasn't well as they failed at it.

Then there are the presenters such as Ross, Norton, McCall, Connelly, etc. Who are paid up to 5 million a year to bring you pure dribble and jokes that old the punchline came and went in the 1920's.

So what plan does the director general come up with to combat this problem. No not cut the vast spending on no talent on screen. Instead lets stick it to the people behind the scenes and cut their jobs. Also lets spend less on programming and put on even more repeats.

IMO now is the time to scrap the license fee and make this compete with the other independent companies. Instead of wasting the British peoples hard earned money on rubbish!
