Gaullism has been extinct since 18 years at best if not before and back then in the 80's I was a very strong and fervent supporter of Reagan. I embrace conservative ideas linked to success, patriotism and determination which is why I respect Trump. Mitterandism, Hollandism and Macronism are all left wing political trends that affected and still affect France negatively. For me there is no in between, one is either a conservative or a socialist.
