That's creepy! Jim Carrey confesses his 'undying love' for Emma Stone (who is young enough to be his daughter)


Jim Carrey, 49, has professed his undying love for actress Emma Stone, 22, in a video blog.

'This is a message for Emma Stone,' he says to the camera.

'Emma, I just wanted to let you know that I think you are all the way beautiful, not just pretty but kind-hearted and if I were a lot younger I would marry you and we would have chubby little freckle-faced kids.'

He continues: 'Every day for the rest of your life, you would thank God that I was the appropriate age for you.

'But I'm not. I'm 49. I have lines on my face, sometimes a little grey in my beard, and it takes me a little longer to pee than it used to. Those are the only discernible signs of ageing that I can find so far.'

While Carrey's rep said the clip is a pure comedy some bloggers and US media outlets are calling it 'creepy' and asking how Emma's boyfriend, Spiderman heartthrob Andrew Garfield, will feel.

'Frankly, it's no Ace Ventura, and we're not sure how we feel about it,' wrote U.S. entertainment website E!

Staring earnestly into the camera the comedian adds: 'Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how I felt. You're pretty special, and I wish you continued success and artistic fulfilment, but most of all, I wish you love and contentment. That's all.'

As he signs off Carrey looks forlornly into the camera and mouths the words: 'I love you, I love you.'

Jim Carry Video Crashes Website

The video Jim Carrey uploaded to his personal website caused the site to crash. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the video proclaiming the comedian’s love for Emma Stone of “The Help” was streamed so many times, it temporarily disabled the website.

“So much traffic on www.jimcarreytrulife.com that the site has crashed temporarily,” Carrey tweeted Thursday. “Back up soon.”

The website soon regained functionality, however, and is back up and running.

Carrey also commented on his video that has been called both “creepy” and “bizarre.”

“Yes, my msg to Emma Stone was a comedy routine and the funniest part is that everything I said was tru [sic],” the comedian tweeted. To add further ambiguity to the matter, however, Carrey added, “People often ask me if I’m being funny or serious. The answer is YES.”

The video featured a straight-faced Carrey telling 22-year-old actress Emma Stone that he loved her, and if he was younger he would marry her and have “freckle-faced kids.” He continued, saying the two would go camping, play Yahtzee and laugh all day.

Emma Stone will next appear in “The Amazing Spider-Man” opposite her boyfriend Andrew Garfield. Carrey, 49, just starred in “Mr. Popper’s Penguins.”

I was thinking the same thing, some Showbiz advisor on the news was saying she is hot property in Hollywood at the moment eventhough she's been around for a few years now. It's weird how the media/industry throw certain actresses into the limelight whilst others than are equally as beautiful or artistically talented get pushed into obscurity.
