I'm always curious about it, whilst sometimes the guy might be stood up, every now and then it looks like the guy is kneeling as the lady is laying down, almost like the way you might kneel for doggy style, but they seem to be able to thrust in easily, which I'd have thought might be difficult with the height difference.
I'd like to try because of the view!
