Not sure about local stuff in Chon Buri or Pattaya but if you go just a bit up around the bay to Bangkok, Patpong Road is where you want to be. Sexual smorgasbord....at least that's what I'm told.

I was there during the Tsunami, got there 2 days before.
After the Tsunami I went to Ko Samet. Great island.

I've been to Bangkok several times, and Phuket once.

No, I didn't indulge. If you're looking for sleave go get wasted in Phuket, beers are 2 to the dollar.
