WFMZ - TV NEWS reports that a man with a *** burst into a room full of teachers at the Phillipsburg Early Learning Center in New Jersey and fired shots. Turns out the man was a Phillipsburg *************** officer sponsored by Homeland Security to terrorize a group of elementary school teachers.
