It's about the (I'd say brunette, thread is titled as blonde) girl in College Rules "Wheels of Fun" episode that gives a lap dance and then leaves. She's advertised as being on submityourbitch, but they have yet to post any updates about her.

The reason Britney Beth and the mystery brunette keep getting mentioned together is 1) they both had collegerules scenes at about the same time; 2) they are/were unknowns, and much cuter than the other girls on the website; and 3) I'm a Britney fan, and keep posting on the mystery brunette's ID page, mostly b/c I'm giving a heads-up to as if she's been posted yet on submityourbitch (where both she and Britney supposedly have unreleased scenes).
