Teacher beats the shit out of his student.

Administrators at a charter school have fired one of its teachers who was seen beating up a student in a video taken by a classmate’s camera-phone.

The teacher under question, identified by a charter school spokeswoman as Sherri Davis, was officially terminated by the school on Monday night.

“Now that officials at Jamie’s House Charter School have been able to review the video on Fox News, we are horrified at the actions of the teacher,” principal David Jones said, in a statement.

The disturbing video of a sixth grade student being kicked and pummeled has also been turned over to Harris County Sheriff's investigators.

The teacher attacked 13-year-old Isaiah Johnson at the north Harris County charter school in late April, according to the teen’s mother.

"I'm horrified. I just can't believe something like that would happen to my child," said Alesha Johnson.

The attack goes on for nearly a minute. Isaiah Johnson said it felt much longer.

"I was on the wall like this trying to get away from her and she started hitting me, banging my head to the wall and kicking me," Isaiah said.

While the attack is uncalled for, I would call it far from brutal. Retarded news media strikes again and fails at the English language. Brutal would be, the kid in the hospital. I sure as Hell wouldn't be happy about it, and would want payback on the teacher if that was my kid.

I'm starting to question this "behind the camera" mentality of people recording these incidents. They think they're separated from the incident and therefore not connected to it. So they think it's funny. Those people are just as bad as the person committing the crime or otherwise. It's disgusting.

Side note, that mom is really foul. Teacher should have gone after the mom. Why do I get the feeling her kid is a trick baby.

Charter schools are a DISGRACE. Take it from someone who knew a bunch of Irish punks who went to one. They absolutely just process the kids right through for Federal funding. Yeah, they're federally funded for "troubled" kids who can't fit in at real high schools. It's a joke. Those of you inquiring minds should check it out.

Them not helping isn't to surprising to me. If its anything like how they are teaching my kids you never get involved. You go get a teacher but you never help because you will get into trouble. Most of the time the one that did try and help gets into more trouble. So the kids all just never say anything and ignore almost everything to avoid getting in trouble for trying to help.

It's very sad and I've had to have a few conversations with their school because my kids have come home with bruise on their legs. They were afraid to tell a teacher that they were being kicked and were afraid if they defended themselves they would be the ones in trouble. Though I'd hope if it was a teacher the kids would at least do something though I fear they wouldn't.
