What are we expecting from this game?

-Hoping for return of more competitive-friendly mechanics like in Melee. None of this random tripping garbage. Never could wave-dash properly so I don't really care about that, though lol.

Also, what do people think about the new characters?
-Megaman looks like he could be fun.
-Honestly, I think the others (Wiifit trainer, animal crossing guy, princess with the star) are a little underwhelming looking. None are characters I really cared about. If only Nintendo had rights to DBZ characters.

Megaman isn't a nintendo character, he's capcom so why not get Goku in the game? Well, to be fair, there's a ton of DBZ games already out there.

Yeah Megaman and Sonic weren't originally Nintendo I believe. True, there are a lot of DBZ fighting games already. I also dream of YuGiOh monsters being playable. Blue Eyes White Dragon and Dark Magician? Yes Please.
