Subscription problem/question

I've noticed a problem with periodically losing subscribed threads, and I think this week I've finally figured it out. Whenever a thread is merged with another one, it wipes out my subscription. Is this something that can be fixed? :dunno:

That's correct, that is usually the reason that subs are dropped.

AFAIK It is a problem with the VBulletin system and not anything that we can change.

But this didn't happen when my Rachel ter Horst thread got merged. I started it as there wasn't a official one, just many little one post ones. Now last week someone merged them all together with my bigger one. But I didn't lose the subscription. As mine now isn't the starter to it either.

It doesn't happen to me either. I often find threads in my subscribed thread list to models that I know I haven't posted in their thread. What happens is a thread that I provided an ID was merged with that models main thread.
