Reet, I've decided that its time I started working out, but as some of you may know I am a student, and I have little money to aford food let alone a gym membership. So does any-body know any workouts you can do in a (very!) small room without any weights or gym equipment? I've been mainly doing sit ups and a few push ups. I have no-idea what sort of body shape I want to end-up with, I just wanna get rid of the student-cheap-**** gut. Cheers :glugglug:
