I dated a girl who worked as an ER nurse, some guy came in one night who was high on X and he just kept saying "its vibrating, make is stop" and the guy seemed to be in a lot of pain. He was saying it hurt down there...He had or someone else had shoved a dildo up his ass, the dildo was still on and vibrating like hell. What's there to figure out? I suppose that's a known fact.

The x-ray doesn't imply, that someone broke his "penis bone", but rather that someone was stupid enough to break whatever he had inserted into his penis.
