I wanted to post this in the website review area but FO has no intention of starting a review of Sineplex so I figured I would warn you guys here.
I ordered a clip on their site and got this warning:
"You authenticated from another country. Contact support to re-activate your account "
So I contacted them and this was the response:
"Your account was blocked by our automatic security system. Your request has been forwarded to security department. We will inform you as soon as it is resolved."
No biggie it should get cleared up! Well it's been a week now with nothing from them and I have sent them messages asking about it with no response at all. My bank account has been deducted for the price of the video but I still can't download the video. So basically I got ripped off by them!
