The Georgia Department of Public Health's review of Planned Parenthood is in, and it's found that all five Georgia clinics either bury or cremate fetal remains, as they're required to by state law

Indiana

Indiana on Thursday cleared Planned Parenthood facilities that perform abortions in the state of any wrongdoing in the handling of fetal tissue.

Attorney General Maura Healey says her office has found no evidence that the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts is operating the sort of fetal tissue donation program highlighted in a series of undercover videos released by a national anti-abortion group in recent weeks

South Dakota

Meanwhile, the South Dakota Health Department said in a statement Tuesday that it has obtained no reports or evidence of the sale of fetal tissue in the state since the agency started regulating abortion facilities in 2006.
