I've got all 8.
1. The red flower on the left changed to yellow.
2. The other red flower is gone.
3. Missing seam in the concrete in the left background.
4. Missing patch of grass on the left.
5. Strand of hair on her left shoulder is gone.
6. One leaf of the plant on the right has been cut.
7. The crack of the tile on the lower right no longer extends up into the wall.
8. The little piece of the back left leg under her chair is no longer there.

Guys and gals, it honestly did not occur to me at all until now, but I hope my previous post listing the differences didn't spoil it for anybody. I did it just to help those who couldn't find all 8. Once again I apologize if I spoiled anyone's fun.
